of Plumbing Professionals (PHCC), and the American Society of Home
Inspectors (ASHI) Suncoast Chapter. CRG has also provided targeted
specialty services to Rebuilding Together Tampa Bay, a nonprofit
organization which provides home repair services for low income,
elder and/or disabled Tampa Bay area homeowners.

Cheryl
Harris, President
Cheryl
Harris is President and founder of Construction Resources Group
(CRG) in St. Petersburg, Florida. CRG is a twenty-five year old
company specializing in association management, event planning and
management, marketing, public relations, and website services. Ms.
Harris' background also includes employment with two ENR 400 Contractors
as their Human Resources Manager, Visiting Lecturer at the University
of Florida for a course in Construction Human Resources and former
Executive Director of the American Institute of Constructors for
fifteen years. Her company is a member of AGC, where she is active
on the National Construction Education Committee and served as Chair
of the SubCommittee that developed the Build-Up and On-Site recruiting
programs for elementary and middle school students. She is a graduate
of Wichita State University with a BA in Education.
Responsibilities
with AIC, ASA, NARI, FRACCA and Construction Resources have brought
CRG’s president and staff into active involvement or contact
with many national and international construction professional and
trade associations, educational institutions and top level construction
executives. Among the associations are the Associated General Contractors
and Associated Builders and Contractors of which Construction Resources

Brad
Barker, Vice President – Web Services Division
Brad began working with CRG back in 2000 as a freelance web designer
and developer. He brings to the table more than 10 years of web design
and marketing experience, beginning with the Hertz Corporation where
he was part of the team that gave Hertz their very first web presence,
and at WorldCall Exchange as Senior Web Designer/Developer. Since working
with CRG, he has held the position of Executive Administrator for
the AIC Constructor Certification Commission, and has been involved
with the planning and organization of the AIC mid-year and annual
meetings. With the knowledge he has gained in association management
over the years in working with CRG combined with his web design/development
background, Brad understands the importance an effective and professional
website plays in an association's success.
Candis
Yeager, BA - Association Administrator
Candis
Yeager brings with her a background in marketing, media buying,
account management and account service. She has worked on a number
of local and national accounts, including Shapes Total Fitness,
Ideal Image Laser Hair Removal, Rooster’s Men’s Grooming
Center, the International Academy of Design and Technology, Florida
Medicare Quality Assurance, and Massage Envy, a number of which
were franchised establishments. She not only helped to develop and
implement marketing strategies, but also evaluated and assembled
effective media campaigns. Her negotiations in advertising have
allowed her to utilize small budgets efficiently.
In addition
to her marketing background, Candis Yeager has worked in an event
planning, management, and marketing capacity for various events
from inception to execution for a number of her clients, including
post-event financial reconciliation, event summary preparation,
and prospect development analysis as necessary. She has predominantly
worked on promotional events, grand openings, and client appreciation
days as well as arranging for meetings, focus groups, and presentations.
Her events have been noted as producing results while providing
an appropriate atmosphere for guests.
Candis Yeager
is a graduate of Eckerd College with a Bachelor of the Arts degree
with a double major in International Business and Spanish. |
